Terms of Use
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using Train Eat Repeat. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Train Eat Repeat ("Train Eat Repeat", "we", "us", "our") is an independent, free wellness and fitness website. It offers an exercise routine builder, general nutrition guidance, general information about dietary supplements, and a scoped AI assistant. You can reach us at support@traineatrepeat.com.
2. What Train Eat Repeat is, and what it is not
Train Eat Repeat gives general wellness and fitness information for healthy adults. It is an information tool, not a service that provides care.
It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor, pharmacist, physical therapist, or registered dietitian. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Using Train Eat Repeat does not create a doctor-patient, trainer-client, or professional relationship of any kind between you and us.
Talk with your doctor before starting a new exercise or supplement routine, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18.
3. Exercise and your own risk
Physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury. The routines and information on Train Eat Repeat are general and are not built around your individual health, medical history, or physical limits.
You use them at your own risk. Stop exercising and seek medical care if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or anything else that seems wrong. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is safe and appropriate for you, and for using proper form and equipment.
4. Supplement information
Train Eat Repeat provides general, educational information about dietary supplements and ingredients. This information describes how nutrients and ingredients relate to normal structure and function of the body. It does not claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease.
Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Serving information comes from product labels; always follow the label of the product you actually choose. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, especially if you take medication or have a health condition.
Train Eat Repeat does not sell supplements and does not process payments. Any brand or product names are mentioned for information only and are not offers to sell. We are not paid to feature them here, and mentioning a product is not an endorsement or a recommendation to buy.
5. The AI assistant
Train Eat Repeat includes an AI assistant that answers general questions within the scope of the site: exercise, general fitness, general nutrition, and general supplement information for healthy adults.
By design, the assistant declines requests that fall outside that scope, including questions about medical conditions, symptoms, injuries, medications, drug interactions, dosing for a condition, or diagnosis, and it will point you to a licensed professional instead. Please do not try to work around these limits.
The assistant is automated and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat its answers as general information, not as advice, and do not rely on them for any decision about your health. When you send a message to the assistant, that message is sent to our third-party AI provider to generate a reply (see the Privacy Policy). Do not enter sensitive personal information, and do not enter anything you would not want processed by a third-party provider.
6. Who may use Train Eat Repeat
Train Eat Repeat is intended for healthy adults age 18 and older. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use Train Eat Repeat only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, or data-mine the site or its content, except for saving a copy of your own routine for personal use;
- reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the site or its content;
- reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the assistant's system prompt or otherwise manipulate the assistant to act outside its intended scope;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site, its server routes, or its infrastructure; or
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or harms others.
We may limit, suspend, or end your access at any time if you misuse the site or to protect the site and its users.
8. Your inputs
You keep any information you enter, such as your intake answers, routine choices, and messages to the assistant. You are responsible for what you enter and for making sure you have the right to enter it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the features you use (for example, sending your assistant message to the AI provider so it can generate a reply). See the Privacy Policy for how inputs are handled; in short, your routine data stays in your browser and your chat is not stored by us.
9. Third-party links and content
Train Eat Repeat may link to third-party sites, such as recipe pages or manufacturer information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Following a link is at your own risk, and the third party's own terms and privacy policy apply once you leave our site.
10. Our content
Except for third-party content and your own inputs, the content on Train Eat Repeat, including its text, routines, design, and the name "Train Eat Repeat", belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view the site and to save your own routine (including as a PDF) for personal use. All other rights are reserved.
11. No warranties
Train Eat Repeat is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the site will be accurate, complete, current, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its information or routines will meet your needs or produce any particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from or related to your use of Train Eat Repeat, including any exercise you perform, any supplement or food you choose, any reliance on the assistant or other content, or any inability to access the site. This includes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages, as well as loss of data.
Because Train Eat Repeat is provided free of charge, to the extent any liability is not excluded above, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to cover us for any third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs (including attorneys' fees) that arise from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the law or the rights of others.
14. Changes
We may update the site or these Terms from time to time. When we change the Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@traineatrepeat.com so we can try to resolve it informally; most concerns can be settled that way. If it cannot be resolved, you agree that any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
